A division of Techconnect BV, BannerConnect is a European oriented Right Media Exchange network partner who specializes in flash banner campaigns and claim to have 100% worldwide coverage and able to accept all languages. With CPM, CPA and CPC campaigns represented, we have a strong contender for a Tier-2 network.

Interface: 7/10
Positive:
Elegant, easy-to-navigate site
Negative:
Functionality for publisher’s updating their ad offerings
BannerConnect’s approach to design feels downright refreshing compared to the clutter of some sites. One page offers all the options you need to track your account with simple tabs. Publishers report the only hiccup comes with accessing and navigating through the process of updating your ads, which can sometimes be trying.
Support services: 7/10
Positive:
Responsive and accessible in multiple languages. A online support chat option.
Negative:
Questionable customer service practices at the management level
With language service available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch, BannerConnect delivers customer care with a scope that is truly more global than most. Publishers also reports all requests are followed up on in a professional, timely fashion. Problems only seem to occur when disputes arise. Whether the company or publisher has been a fault in a miscommunication of expectations, the resulting correspondence has decended to less than civil terms. Use caution when escalating issues. Being European means a challenge to collect debt from the US.
Payment schedule and payment options: 7/10
Positive:
Competitive rates & Paypal
Negative:
Rate differs signifigantly by country; Net 60 Terms mean a wait to get paid.
BannerConnect promises every click is captured and there are no minimum payments, which rates well with publishers. On the downside, a NET 60 payment schedule means waiting longer than you might with comparable providers. Added to a variable rate for different countries and difficulties some have found in qualifying, publishers in certain markets might find the hassle outweighs the rewards. BannerConnect offers wire, check and Paypal payment methods.
eCPM: 7/10
Postive:
Good worldwide coverage means you have a decent chance to earn an above average return on a global traffic footprint
Negative:
Still have to have a signifigant balance of traffic in english speaking countries to maintain a high return
Overall rating: 7/10 – Above Average
BannerConnect has a good mixture of return and payment options with a clean reputation for payment and decent ad mix. Only issue is they are picky with publisher approval. As a member of the Right Media Exchange you will also have a deep selection of ads available outside of their own managed advertisers. BannerConnect is a strong second tier choice for your traffic.
